1. NOT VETERINARY ADVICE

Jovie Pet Health Tracker ("Jovie," "we," "us") is a record-keeping tool designed to help you organize and track information about your pet's health, including food, weight, medications, vet visits, and vaccines. Jovie is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns regarding your pet. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.

2. ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Jovie account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and adding pet records.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS

Jovie offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription plan billed monthly. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize Jovie to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time; your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Jovie does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Failed payments may result in automatic downgrade to the Free plan.
Pricing is subject to change with advance notice to subscribers.

4. DATA PRIVACY

We collect and store the information you provide, including your account details, pet records, photos, and any content you post to the Newsfeed or Lost & Found sections. This information is used solely to operate and improve Jovie's features.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; Jovie does not store your full credit card details.
Content you post to the public Newsfeed or Lost & Found board is visible to other Jovie users.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us using the information below.

5. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and content you upload. By posting to Jovie's Newsfeed or Lost & Found sections, you grant other users the ability to view that content within the app. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. Jovie reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jovie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information stored or displayed in the app, including weather data, health record summaries, or reminders. We are not responsible for outcomes related to lost or found pet listings posted by users. Use of this platform is at your own risk.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of Jovie after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
